Shipping policy

Gold Members get FREE shipping on ALL orders! Note: For Gold Member orders, the final (free) carrier is selected by us, regardless of the option chosen at checkout. All other orders (non-member/silver-member) will have the selected carrier chosen at checkout. 

Gold Members may add up to two shipping addresses to their account. For security and account integrity, addresses are continuously monitored. Adding more than two addresses, or attempting to check out with an address not saved to your account, will be recorded as a policy violation. Repeated violations may result in immediate cancellation of your membership.

 

ORDER PROCESSING: 

Please allow 24 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 2 days to let you 
know your order is on the way! 


DELIVERY 
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information. If you do not see any movement or updates on your tracking please email customer service at ykwtfgo_@hotmail.com

INTERNATIONAL(Outside Europe):

UPS Standard: 3 - 7 days

**Please keep in mind that this is an estimated delivery time provided by our carriers and does not include order processing time. Weekends, Holidays, Customs, and Weather conditions may delay the delivery of your order.

 

HOW TO FOLLOW YOUR ORDER:

Orders are shipped within an estimated 24hours (to 48 hours) after purchase. A shipping confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to you as soon as we dispatch your order. Use this link to follow your order. Please be aware that some delays may occur during sales, very busy periods and public holidays.

If a delivery suffers a delay or an item happens to be out of stock, you will be informed by email as quick as possible. The latest 30 days after the order was placed.

SHIPMENT REFUSAL:

If you refuse a shipment from YKWTFGO, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to YKWTFGO. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be issued a credit.

**NON-refundable shipping fees

  1. If a parcel is returned to YKWTFGO due to an incorrect/incomplete/undeliverable shipping address. 
  2. If the customer refuses to pay applicable customs duties or taxes. (see refund policy)

In both cases shipping costs will not be refunded.

In case of an incorrect/incomplete/undeliverable shipping adress:                              Once the items have returned to YKWTFGO in their original condition and packaging, we will ONLY issue a refund for the costs of the items!

The cost of this return will be the responsibility of the customer. The amount of return shipping costs that may be charged to us by the carrier will be deducted from the total refund amount owed to the customer. If the customer refuses to pay these return fees resulting from the above-mentioned circumstances, we reserve the right to deny the refund and will not reship any goods.

A reshipping fee will be applied if you request a reshipment, we will not deliver to the address listed in your original order. 

We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages resulting from such situations. 

 

Disclaimer:

1) Although we do our best to display correct images, correct colors, info, and prices, errors may occur. YKWTFGO does not guarantee that all items shown are always 100% in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable for whatever reason, we will contact you by email. 

2) Depending on your location, customs, taxes(including VAT), duties, and collection fees may still apply once an order arrives in your destination country. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by us, nor are they included in the order total. We are in no case responsible for the costs (return label & return shipping costs) when you return items to us, unless it was a mistake from our side (ex. wrong product or damaged goods).

3) Currently we do not offer international shipping to the following countries: Israel, Russia. 

4) All delivery dates provided by the Seller to the Buyer, even if communicated in writing, are always subject to change and shall not be binding on the Seller.
